Bourgogne Aligote, a White Burgundy hailing from France, adds a touch of vibrancy
to our White Burgundy selection at the Anna Maria Island wine bar. Aged for 16 months with no racking using a proportion of 30% new French oak barrels that had been toasted at low temperatures for a long time to impart a subtle, delicate touch of oak. Citrus fruits and white flowers are jumbling together to create a bold wine with citrus fruit flavors and a touch of hazelnut. Beautiful vivacity.
